This workshop uses a form of acrobatics suitable for all levels as a starting point for exploring communication through body weight. Beyond learning acrobatic movements, the workshop aims to develop a shared vocabulary and strengthen non-verbal communication skills, recognizing body language as a constant and, oftentimes, unconscious presence in our daily lives.
