The way we behave with each other has changed. Our ideas of proximity, of personal and shared space have been turned on their head and intimacy has new and peculiar rituals that we must observe. When you must ask permission for every handshake or hug, what other peculiarities arise in our behaviour?
Two characters are inextricably linked to each other; first by their separation, then by their proximity. A show examining personal and shared space, two performers use a vocabulary of duo acrobatics and dance to express the challenges.
The show combines techniques from partner acrobatics, contemporary floorwork and threading.
