In this edition of MUSIC OF THE TIME, we will have a chef who will not leave anyone indifferent.
Miguel Cizeron is Natural Porto and, as is practical in this event, he will work creatively on organic and local products, in order to enhance the expression of each food. He has already visited restaurants such as Pousada do Gerês, Restaurante Mesa para 6, Hotel Vincci Porto and Papa Amoras. He is currently the chef of the Club House Vale Pisão restaurant located at Rua das Laranjeiras in Santo Tirso. In addition to being a chef, he is said to be a “foodstylist” and a great wine lover, all with a little dementia in the mix.
It promises to be a very lively edition, with some madness in between, lots of colors and bouncy dishes. Then don’t say you weren’t told.
