ONE WEEK-REVISITED

Newlyweds, husband and wife receive a build-it-yourself house as a wedding gift.

It would all be perfect if a rival saboteur did not change the numbers of the packing crates…

“One week” film, directed and performed by Buster Keaton, one of the biggest references of silent films, inspires ArtEduca to devise and reinterpret the film story, its characters, adventures and emotion, through music.

Suiting the Vaudeville style, anything goes to recreate the vibrant and special spirit of a time that made art and entertainment closer to all of us.

Offenbach’s Can-can, blues and ragtime, Chaplin’s music and even Bizet’s, Grieg’s and other composers translate the film environment and, most of all, amuse and surprise the spectator.

All of this happening through direct contact with the audience who watch live… black and white!
